Mission: Changing the quality of peoples lives by helping them improve their fitness

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve received extensive training in nutrition, muscular and cardiorespiratory assessments, and effective exercise programing. Over the years, I have had to learn how to successfully control my own body weight. In my pursuit to lose weight I participated and won a local Greatest Loser Contest, joined Weight Watchers several times, and even have tried expensive MD supervised weight loss. I served as the coach for my sisters Bariatric Surgery. When I work with clients I bring the frustrations and life lessons of these personal weight loss experiences with me. Having lost over 30 lbs myself, I know personally how great it feels to finally get and keep the weight off ! As a trainer of clients mainly age 50+, I can offer practical support and encouragement to those who have tried and given up on being fit again. That is why I particularly like to work with training men and women who have over 20 lbs. to lose. I understand the challenge of weight loss, especially for adults over age 50 or with medical conditions.
