Learn a step-by-step plan to leverage fat burning exercise designed for people over age 60.
My Mission: Changing the quality of people’s lives by helping them improve their fitness
"I've lost over 31 pounds and never felt better since I've been training with Paul. None of my clothes fit anymore! I've tried other plans over the years. The plan he recommended is simple and effective. He really knows his stuff.
“Everyone should read this book, especially retirees. I’ve had coaches and trainers all through high school and college. None have taken the time to listen to me and make suggestions until I met Paul. He is incredible and tailors your workouts to fit your objectives.”
"I've been sticking to this program for over a year! I've lost over 15 lbs and toned up remarkably. I think Paul's techniques are a requirement for anyone who wants to be active and living well when they are 70, 80 or 90 plus."
"My main goal in exercising with Paul was to lose weight, tone up, and fit into my clothes better. The results were amazing. I quickly lost 12 pounds and the way I feel has made my journey into a better level of physical fitness a new lifetime mission."
"In the first month I lost over 15 lbs. Paul's methods of fitness have proved to be efficient, effective, and take up so little time. I’m starting to move more freely and feel strong – and that feeling carries over into the rest of my life."
"We have the choice to age in good health. By being proactive about my fitness and working with Paul on a serious workout program I'm in better shape now than when I first retired."
"I dropped 11 pounds in my first 5 weeks on the plan and will use what I learned about diet and working out for the rest of my life. Paul is the best fitness coach!"
"Everyone should follow Paul's fitness advice. Im 72 years old and I lost the first 10 pounds quickly. The plan is simple and laser focused. I actually enjoy following Paul’s 3-N-1 Fitness Plan."
“I can show clients weight loss techniques to lose weight because I’ve lost and kept off over 30 pounds myself.
-Paul Phaneuf, ACE Certified Trainer
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve received extensive training in nutrition, muscular and cardiorespiratory assessments, and effective exercise programing. Over the years, I have had to learn how to successfully control my own body weight. When I work with clients, I bring the frustrations and life lessons of these personal weight loss experiences with me. Having lost over 30 lbs. myself, I can offer practical support and encouragement to those who have tried and given up on being fit again. That is why I particularly like to work with training men and women who have over 20 lbs. to lose. I understand the challenge of weight loss, especially for adults over age 60.
-Paul Phaneuf, ACE Certified Trainer
People started calling me the “Oldster Trainer” and it's a name that stuck. Most of my new clients are over age 60, overweight, and may have challenges like artificial hips and knees. I've learned to work on fitness and motivation solutions that work quickly for older clients and that's what I'll be revealing to you here in this Proactive Fitness for Seniors workbook. The weight loss and fitness plan I create must work, and fast, because at over age 60 my clients literally don’t have much time left.

Are You Going To Be Proactive or Reactive?
Some of my new clients are getting started on working out and losing weight because the doctor has told them they must, or they will suffer some serious health consequences. This is a reactive motivation and while it's not bad, it's not as good as being proactive. I hope I’ve found you in a place where taking some Proactive Fitness actions and by getting ahead of the curve you can improve your health and fitness permanently, for years to come.
Read this book if:
The book is short on purpose. It will only take about one hour to read, not including the practical self-questions and exercise worksheets. I value your time, so I worked hard to keep the workbook focused and to make sure you can finish it in a short time and get started.
